We also collect standard technical data (such as pages visited and general location) through normal web analytics and the Meta Pixel (see below).

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you've requested (including Growth Services engagements and LabHQ deployments), send relevant updates, and improve our website and products. We do not sell your information.

Third-party services

We use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship and forms platform to manage enquiries and bookings. When you submit a form on this site, your details are processed by GoHighLevel on our behalf, subject to their own security practices. LabHQ deployments may also involve AI voice and messaging providers necessary to deliver the service you've engaged us for. The Growth Lab Academy is hosted on Skool; if you join, Skool processes your account and payment details under its own privacy policy.
